RUN FROM THEM AS FAST AS YOU CAN!
Direct Path has to be the absolute worst internet service provider that I have ever had....including dial up. The service is COMPLETELY unreliable. The customer service are unhelpful, occasionally speak with tude tones, and tend to repeat the same question over and over to no end. I am forced to have them because of my apartment complex, but I am breaking the lease because of Direct Path's services. Not to mention they doubled my payment prices without prior notice. The issue is simple, their service DOES NOT WORK. Run far far away from this headache of s company.
